I agree with #4: Nate and Elena from Uncharted were great.
But what about Alistair and the Grey Warden from Dragon Age: Origins??? Dude, Alistair would have sacrificed himself to the Archdemon (or slept with Morrigan in a “magical sex rite” LOL) to save my character’s life. Truly epic. Sigh. I miss that game.
